July 13th Event Info & Safety Protocol
I wanted to give everyone an update on our 1st season event tomorrow
the 13th. In order to continue our events we all must follow the
rules/protocols for COVID19. These rules apply to all adults and
children (no masks for 2 years old and younger).
*You must wear a mask when you come to the pit sign in booth and
maintain a 6' distance between each other.
*You must park your tow vehicle with one open space between you and
another tow vehicle.
*You do not have to wear a mask in your pit spot - but you do have to
wear a mask if you leave your pit spot.
*You must wear a mask at the concession stand - and please maintain a
6' distance between each other.
*You must wear a mask on the grid and in the tech area.
*You must wear a mask in the parts trailer.
*You must wear a mask in the grandstands and maintain a 6' distance
between groups. Groups can only consist of no more than 10 people.
*You must wear a mask in victory lane.
Please, Please follow these rules so we may continue our events.
3:00 PM Pit gates open (we will open a 1/2 hour early so those who did
not make the practice event - can get inspected and fill out all
paperwork)
3:00 - 5:00 - Sign in and Kart inspection - All karts must have a 2020
inspection sticker to race. Kart inspection is in the tech area.
5:00 - 6:00 Practice all divisions
6:00 - Mandatory drivers and parents/crew chief meeting - you must
wear a mask to the drivers meeting.
6:30 Heats start.
Quick reminder everyone coming off the track from their heat must go
over the scales for weighing. Scales have been calibrated and
repaired.
